Day 1:
Early morning train from Warsaw Central to Krakow, check in to the room/flat, have breakfast then head to Krakow salt mine, but tickets from the counter(group tickets also available with some discount), visit the graduation tower within the campus of the salt mine, spend 3-4 hours in Saltmine(as English guide is included in the ticket price)
After the salt-mine tour, spend the evening in the Krakow old town with some snacks, desserts, and drinks and then back to stay.

Day 2:
Early morning train from Krakow to Oswiecim, have breakfast in the local restaurants and walk approximately 1 km - 1.2km to Auschwitz concentration camp if you reach the camp before 12 PM the entry will be free(without guides), if you need a guide you might need to buy a ticket, the time required here is approximately 4 hours, then head to local restaurants/McDonalds for lunch, then take the train back to Krakow, spend 2 hours in the city visiting the castle and river.
Then take the train from Krakow to Warsaw to end the trip.
